Şölen organized an unforgettable Family Day event bringing together employees and their families. The event, which was attended by approximately 8,000 people from the Gaziantep and Istanbul factories, was marked by great enthusiasm.
As Scala MICE, we created play areas for children, enjoyable picnic atmospheres for families, and event spaces filled with music as part of this large-scale organization carried out simultaneously in two cities.
Additionally, a special award ceremony was organized for the senior members of the Şölen family. The satisfaction of the participants and the thank-you messages shared at the end of the event turned this organization into a success story.
